A lil help needed - Club CDFreaks

hi folks, im still really new to the whole ripping and copying of cds and dvds,

i have absolutly no knowledge at all of iso, etc, aint got a clue what they mean,

i have my 360 chipped, (well the firmware flashed) i got a dual layer drive to burn the discs etc, and i got the discs, also decrypter and clone, i have no idea about layer breaks, i need help, can anyon eplease give me the simplist way of doing things and a general understanding of terms used!
