| Re: Wal-Mart abandons online movie downloads Sounds like the online movie downloads largely failed because of the high prices and also in part due to non-portability. If you couldn't play it on standalone DVD players nor put it to an iPod, well, I don't know too many people that love watching movies exclusively at their computers.
