| US Supreme Court rules that CO2 is a pollutant... Strange but true; it seems that the Environmental Protection Agency did not previously classify Carbon Dioxide from automobile exhaust emissions as a pollutant under the 1970 clean air act. The court ruled today thaT CO2 is in fact a pollutant, and can now begin to be regulated in car emissions. Read a bit about it here Seems a bit of a no brainer to me.... were the EPA asleep while this global warming thing was being discussed?
