The court ruled today thaT CO2 is in fact a pollutant, and can now begin to be regulated in car emissions.

US Supreme Court rules that CO2 is a pollutant...

Strange but true; it seems that the Environmental Protection Agency did not previously classify Carbon Dioxide from automobile exhaust emissions as a pollutant under the 1970 clean air act.
The court ruled today thaT CO2 is in fact a pollutant, and can now begin to be regulated in car emissions.

Seems a bit of a no brainer to me.... were the EPA asleep while this global warming thing was being discussed?

Oh crap!
Do I have to catch my own C02 emissions now? Oh no! I've now been registered as a polluter! What do i do, What do I do?
