The 3 version don't eat the huge memory as the 2 version does. The only issue I have right now is that a lot of add on tools don't work with this RC version.

A friend installed it last night, told me today that it messed his system up real good, needless to say, it's gone again.

You can kiss ver 2 goodbye when you install the ver 3. Perhaps that's what happened?

Never had any issues with firefox, not going to install the rc2, i am going to wait for the stable version.

FF3 introduces the invisible text bug for CDFreaks, which is an ongoing discussion here: http://club.cdfreaks.com/f69/firefox...g-text-244501/

It hasn't changed in all the betas/release candidates.

But most features of CDF work find, so I'm not complaining.
