Good to see independent verification/substantiation of Sony's in-general attitude of non-chalance toward the very consumers that keep it in business--not to mention it's lack of proper quality control and lack of getting the right people to make sure something was done in the prescribed manner. It illustrates exactly Sony's pattern of behavior in the 5.1+ million battery recall it created all by itself.
