Has Media-Sentry actually affected either the frequency, or number of torrent downloads for illegal content ?

I have half a mind to download the email so I can have a good laugh - It's been a few minutes since I haven't had a good hearty laugh at a company that is *supposedly* using innovative technological means to end other companies copyright theft, but can't even secure it's own content
