Dutch boffin calls RIAA expert 'borderline incompetent'

Yet another blow to the RIAA.
See here:- http://www.theinquirer.net/gb/inquir...sor-calls-riaa

So after lying to the courts and and governments they've been found out.
It's obvious that the RIAA doesn't understand the web and thats why they want to stick to their old business model.
They have employed people that are/were not qualified to search for the so called p2p pirates and have been shot down in court and now one of their best 'expert' witnesses has been outed.
Maybe just maybe this with the help of American Judiciary they will be called to book especially as they use their lawyers to bully people into giving in to them or they'll ruin them.

Re: Dutch boffin calls RIAA expert 'borderline incompetent'

Wow!
I am sooooooooooooo genuinely surprised .... not

Riaa Consideration: Hmm ... scientific professional which will give realistic results .... or pissant from the pub which will give testimony to any thing we request.

There's a hard choice. Now they've just over-abused the judicial system to defend their ancient sales model & the courts are now sceptical & are demanding proof.

Proof? The RIAA has as much proof as a Mocktail
