| Re: Chuck Norris sues, says his tears no cancer cure Since the article does not at least list a partial recounting of some of Norris's alleged 'illegal or lewd' activities (even if listed as satirical), if it's in print and is false, that's grounds for libel. If however the claims are completely absurd to the normal everyday reader, Norris might have a harder time getting them on libel.
