Why Does It Fail? Help Me Please

Hello. I'm sorry for my english. I'm spanish.
My burner fails always with the same file, then it is with the led on but I can't open it.for 24 minutes burn process failed and if I go to MY pC il don't stay (disappear) and I must to restart my Pc to see it.

Nero Version: 7.0.0.0 is buggy, update to the latest version.
The main problem is that DMA is off. Check the DMA settings of your drive. After DMA is on, check the result of the Nero CD-DVD Speed burst transfer test, you need a disk with some data in the drive to run the test. It should display about 23 MB/sec.
