If you already have the burning software OEM should be just as good.

Also got my OEM from newegg. Took a bit longer to ship than I would have liked, but I was too cheap to use express shipping, so I really cannot blame newegg.

Got mine yesterday at CC, making sure it has the 40x CD-R burn speed on the IOMagic box. They adjusted the price for me to match BB's 10% off coupon.

I have seen it at tigersdirect for 49.99, 0EM, and 59.99 for retail, i have never ordered from them so i dont know about their customer service.
