Clearly a Lite-On SHM-165P6S rebadge (same chassis, LED and eject hole positions).

Been wondering that also. I have to agree with Cressida it would appear to be a rebadged LiteOn SHM-165P6S.

They've rebadged Lite-On's before (1635S amongst others). I do wonder what they will do, now that BenQ ODD is in the hands of Lite-On.
