I have had nothing but trouble with my Benq1625 LightScribe DVD burner. I have been sent 2 additional Burners by I/O Magic; meaning I have now used 3 of these burners with nothing but troubles of one sort or another.One consistent problem has been that the LightScribe function has never worked correctly. In my frustration, I purchased an LG DVD burner with LightScribe and it works flawlessly right from the start. I updated all that I could from Lightscribe.com. Neither Nero 6.6 or Roxio 7.5 worked. I could not get Surething to work, nor it's simple lightscribe app. I would just get smudges. I have tried using the I/O magic on line chat but they were of no help and only gave me the same ole answers. Bear in mind, that I have 5 computers with DVD burners. I have put the Benq burner in 3 computers which produced the same results. I have tired of returning it. It costs me money and takes forever to get back. I just don't understand it. I have not seen bad reviews of this particular Drive. Any help would be appreciated. thank you
