trouble Philips PCRW4012K

Hi,

A friend has a Philips PCRW4012K recorder, and each time he burns something he gets this message:
"could not perform end session"

So he put a new firmware but it didn't change anything.(It's maybe not the good one)

So now he wants to reflash it with the old firmware but he and I couldn' found it.

Does someone knows where I can found the firmware ?
Or does someone has a solution to this problem ?

Thanks a lot
