Welcome to the forum

Solidburn is a system that allow a burner to "learn" a better way to write on a disc. Enabling this feature, the drive is able to slightly improve writing quality after a number of burnings on a certain media.

This system is not able to do miracles: a low quality media will remain a low quality media, but it can slightly improve writing on these discs.

About the WOPC, you can read on the screenshot I posted
