No.
QSuite is originally designed for Nexperia chipset drives and will never be fully supporting MediaTek drives.
Function that absolutely doesn't work on MediaTek drives is QScan.
Use search and you'll be able to find other anomalies also.

And the other way around; yes it fully "supports" DW2010.
