Firmware for Acer/Benq 4012p V.xW in BINARY format - HELP!

The drive dead due to power fault while flashing. i have possibility to reprogram flash chip in a "hardware" programmer, but need firmware in "wild", binary (or hex) format, not in .exe flasher. if somebody has it or can get it using mtkflash or somesing like this - PLEASE!!! email it to me.
