| DVD Labels cause issues? I have heard that putting labes on DVD's affect life of the DVD and can cause harm to the actuall Drive. I just bought a BenQ1620 and was looking into labeling my library. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Last edited by dennisahmed; 27-11-2004 at 18:18. Reason: entering the text |

| Re: DVD Labels cause issues? It is not recommended to use labels, they can come loose and damage drive. I use either Taiyo or Verbatim Ink Jet Printable DVD+R 8x media and Epson R200 disc printer. They look like originals and the white surface is very good protection for the media. A further plus is that they bitset to DVD-ROM and will play in at least seven different brands including my old touchy Toshiba SD-3109 which previously would not play burned media. |
