Discs burnt with DW1650 fail TRT

Hi all!
I just bought a LiteOn DV8801 and crossflased it to BenQ DW1650. I plan to use the drive mainly for scanning, but i just tried to burn two discs with it. The discs burnt well, produced better scans as the ones burned with my Samsung, but at the very end of the transfer rate test they returned a LOGICAL BLOCK ADRESS OUT OF RANGE error (actually the quality scan of the MCC004 ended with this error too). CD Speed's ScanDisc function reports unreadable sectors at the end of the disc as well.

The transfer rate test on my Samsung worked without problems, but that's no surprise 'cause this drive produces perfect TRT graph even on fairly damaged media.
(DW1650 TRTs of media burnt with my Samsung didn't produce this error)

Both discs were burned with SB OFF and WOPC ON

Screenshots follow:
MBIPG101 R04 (Pleomax 8x DVD+R) burnt at 4x
MCC04 (Verbatim 16x DVD+R CMC made) burnt at 8x

So my question is: did any of you experience similar behaviour ?

molnart:

Did you eject the media before scanning or just scan immediately after writing had finished without cycling the tray?

ehm... no thanks for pointing this out. My Samsung never required reloading the disc. Now that i performed the TRT again the graphs are flawless.
