| Crossflashing 1620 pro oem problem Got 1620 pro oem from newegg. Came with firmware G7Z9. Did several burns and seems to work ok. Tried crossflash using windwflash.exe and B7T9.cvt firmware. I keep getting "checksum error." Drive is empty. Tried in safe mode. Same error. Tried drive and it still works. Any help? Thanks. |

| Re: Crossflashing 1620 pro oem problem I had already tried that so did google on windwflash and came up with this link that shows an EXtractNow (free utility) that I downloaded and installed. Used ExtractNow on the windwflash and cvt .rar files and everything now works. I had tried a different extractor before the free one. Thanks for your help. |
