After my Liteon 451S has gone to heaven, i bought a Benq Dw800a and i´m amazed about its writing quality. Bought some "Primeon" DVD+R 4x at a local store, that have a strange MID (none to be exactly), but they are PERFECTLY burnt (pic attached) and finally these dvds can be read by my Pioneer DV350 SA which wasn´t the case with the Liteon, even with RicohJPN Media.

But one thing is strange: when burning Data DVD with Nero 6.x (tried the last 2 Versions), the verification process will ALWAYS fail, but when read back in Windows or Nero CD-Speed (also with my Liteon 166s), there´s no error on it. Read curve is also perfect. Nero´s Log tells me that some file on the Disc could not be accessed?!?.
Now i tried the last 5.5.x Version of Nero and this did not happen again (2 tested so far).

Someone also uses this great Benq drive with Nero 6 and could tell me about his experience with the verfying process? Maybe a bug with Nero?

BTW, i´m using the latest Dual Firmware (B3D7)

wellll, fixed the problem myself: with the last +r firmware, this error doesn´t occur anymore: "fixed a compatability problem with nero 6".
