Benq 1640: problems running a disk quality test - Club CDFreaks

It seems that I can't run the CD-DVD utility with my Benq 1640 and HP 8x DVD media. I have installed the latest version of Nero. Can anybody give me any ideas? Thank you

Nobody problem.
Check registry key Dvd Speed, Blocked key must have a name (es. Pioneer, Samsung) if no go.
