BenQ 1620 and -R media

I noticed that my BenQ 1620 have a problem
whith reading -R media recorded on other burners.

I tested two drives for recording: NEC ND-3500 (2.18) , LiteOn SOHW-1633S

Tested media (DVD Identifier -info from NEC):

1. Esperanza:

4. Verbatim 1

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Disc & Book Type : [DVD-R] - [DVD-R]
Manufacturer Name : [Mitsubishi Chemical Corp.]
Manufacturer ID : [MCC 01RG20 ]
Blank Disc Capacity : [2,298,496 Sectors = 4,489.3MB = 4.38GB (4.71GB)]

[6x And Higher Might Not Always Be Detectable]

5. Verbatim 2

Unique Disc Identifier : [DVD-R:TYG01]
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Disc & Book Type : [DVD-R] - [DVD-R]
Manufacturer Name : [Taiyo Yuden Co. Ltd.]
Manufacturer ID : [TYG01]

Recording Speeds : [1x , 2x , 4x]
[6x And Higher Might Not Always Be Detectable]

Screenshots of Verbatim TYG01.

Firs Nero CD-DVD Speed (3.61 and other) doesn't allways properly
recognizes recorded -R disk capacity.

When making quality scans with Nero CD-DVD Speed I get
"No additional sense information"

because there is no more data to read (badly recognized disk capacity).

Interested is that all -R disks recorded on Benq 1620 have no problems
with Nero CD-DVD Speed to be correctly identified on BenQ and other drives.

Problematic -R media for BenQ are well read and recognized on:
NEC ND-3500
LiteOn SOHW-1633S and
Toshiba SD-M1712

What do you think about that ?
Is the same with your drive ?

Here's my encounter. Maxell MXL RG02 burned with my NEC. BenQ thinks it's a full disk
