| I/O Magic External DVD ReWritable Drive Problem Hi- Two month before I bough I/O Magic External DVD ReWritable Drive DUAL FORMAT DOUBLE LAYER Drive. The product code is "IDVD168DLE". From the beginning itself I could not able to connect this drive to my system. I'm getting "A problem occurred during hardware installation. Your new hardware might not work properly" error message. Could some one please guide me to solve the above issue? I have a desktop, the details are given below: emachines - T3522 Desktop PC Intel Celeron D Processor 352 100 GB Hard drive Memory - 512 MN DDR2 6 USB Ports |
