Directtv getting hooked up this coming friday...questions

I'm going from Comcast to directtv. I'm switching because comcast is having issues with HD channels during broadcasts (not on demand though). My audio keeps cutting in and out when watching HD channels through Comcast, so I'm going Directtv...want that Sunday ticket anyway. My questions are, will I be able to stream my stuff to my PC? How does the HD DVR box work with directtv..meaning can I rip my DVR's to my PC and what not? Any tips/tricks about anything Directtv will be welcomed...thanks

There is currently not a way of moving/streaming files from the DVR to your PC.

JAEWEST
DOGG is right there currently is no way to that.
I would suggest however having had DIRECT T.V.
for a long time. DISHNETWORK would be a better
option. The two tuner H.D. dvr is exceptional. You can
send the channel signal with a small antenna on the
back of the dvr box to another T.V. in your house using
UHF channel 26,or 73 They give you two remotes remote one
and remote two. The good thing is you watch seperate channels
on both T.V.'S and record on both when you have the box in
dual mode. It's the same with their standard digital, and regular
H.D. boxes which pretty much work the same way.In other
words if you have say for T.V.'S you would only need two boxes
to operate both. Also THE HD picture is fantastic.
and installation and equitment are free for first time subscribers.
