Hey all,

I Finally got the Sony NS76H – Now I have some questions:

1] MOST IMPORTANT: Progressive & upscaling , all levels, is only possible if I have HDMI cable ? I am currently using the Yellow, red, white cable supplied with the player(What’s this cable called anyway?)

2] Does the remote doesn’t have progressive( its only on the unit ) button?

3] Is it a good idea to control my TV(Samsung Bordeux LCD) with the
supplied DVD Remote controller, I am asking as I think it may create future problem or RF receiver beome week on TV, sumthing like tht ?

4] BNR, MNR really works & usefull ?

5] The player is marked region 3 at the back, but am able play region 5 DVD, so is it sure multi-region or shall I even check other region dvd’s ?
