S-video connection woes. 4 Pin/9 pin WTF?!

Well, I bought a phono to S-video cable a few days ago to watch programmes that are on my PC on my TV and when it arrived today I was disappointed to see that the 4 pin connection on it is different to a 9 pin connection on my video card on my PC.

So I can either look for a 9 pin S-video -> phono lead or a 9 pin male adaptor -> 4 pin female adaptor to make the lead work. But I'm coming up with nothing!

Can anyone help? I live in the UK, but as it's a small item if it is rare then I can always import so international members' input also appreciated!
