Remote Address Codes for Toshiba SDV395 DVD/VCR Combo

Hi,

We have Bell Express Vu 3100 and just got a new VCR (Toshiba SDV395 DVD/VCR Combo) and we can't seem to get the satellite to record programs to the VCR the way our old VCR did.

We went into the Express Vu menu to VCR and tried all of the codes in the Bell Manual and none make the VCR start recording. Tried Bell's Technical support, and no one in India will help.

Is there a list of possible codes somewhere? It's a fairly new machine, maybe codes aren't published yet?

Thanks much

Depends on your receiver if it can tune the new device or not.

Re: Remote Address Codes for Toshiba SDV395 DVD/VCR Combo

Hi,

thanks for the answer, but how do I know that? We have been able to get the Express Vu remote to work with the VCR. However the code that gets the remote to work doesn't seem to work to start the VCR recording.

Is there a list of updated codes somewhere?

Sorry, the point is that I have no clue about ExpressVu and similar devices/reception possibilities.

Maybe browse videohelp.com for more info.
