Digital Video Recorder & Home Entertainment Discuss, I need a particular type of unit... at International Chat: Hardware related forum; Hi there all!!! I am in dire need of a standalone DVD Recorder/VCR unit that has high-speed dubbing capabilities, not just the standard "copy" as that is much, much too slow and I have more VHS tapes than ya can shake a STICK at...!!!! I need a particular type of unit...

Hi there all!!!

I am in dire need of a standalone DVD Recorder/VCR unit that has high-speed dubbing capabilities, not just the standard "copy" as that is much, much too slow and I have more VHS tapes than ya can shake a STICK at...!!!!

So, if anyone can give me any advice/help/info all would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I not sure anyone makes a high-speed dubbing VCR to DVD recorder for home use.

Prune your list of tapes to copy some may not be worth the effort now.
