Can't save music to my HDD - Club CDFreaks

My LG RH7796W has a 250GB HDD. When I put a CD in it doesn't have a facility to save or copy from the CD to the HDD. The manual says there should be a save/copy option. I only get play and 'add program' which makes a playlist.How can I get music onto my HDD?

I also can't enter the music file on the HDD as it tells me there are no files.

Download EAC (Exact Audio Copy) or Cdex.

This will be no help for a standalone HDD/DVD recorder.

What do you think might be wrong?

Can they only save MP3 type files? I haven't tried those yet. But I would have though it could copy a 'store bought' CD.
