I'm attempting to burn a DVD movie to be played on my PS2 (version 1). I've got an NEC ND3500A burner. I've updated the firmware to Liggy & Dee's final release version 1.4. I'm using Nero 6.6.0.3. I've tried burning the disc using Memorex DVD+RW SL disks with the standard +RW book type and changing the book type to DVD-ROM and also tried a DVD-R with no joy. There's so much conflicting information on the web about what to do with a PS2 v1 that I'm lost. Some say it's impossible with a V1, some say to get the latest PS2 remote with an updated driver, others say it depends on the media brand. Any help is appreaciated.
