best way to store/display dvd's

I'm wondering if anyone has any great way of storing their dvd's that overcomes a few particular issues I have. Firstly, I don't use cases, they're all stand-alone discs. Secondly, I don't really like wallets/cases. My kids seem to trash them and they aren't as easy to access as some sort of rack.I'd ideally like to have all my discs in some sort of rack where I can see the title of all the discs, grab one straight out when I want it, and poke it back in again. This would also suit my kids, because they are great at creating a mountain of discs next to the TV, and it would be great if they could have some easy-grab rack for the discs next to the box. Anyone got a solution to this??

No, not really.
The best way to store DVD's (or CD's) is in cases,
with them standing on edge, like in a book shelf.
To save space, here in the US you can buy thin
cases that each hold two discs (to save space) pretty
cheap.
Sounds like what you need is some sort of juke box
for DVD's. :-)
