I faced the same problem in the begining ...
I installed the latest DVDRegion free + CSS and with DVDShrink the job is done......

When I select "File Mode" in DVDDecrypter 3.5.4.0 the last 3 files (VTS14_0 ifo, vob, bup ) aren't selected..
is this normal??

I'm using AnyDVD 5.4.4.1 + DVDDecrypter (configured to use ELBY interface, and not to remove structural protection....)

Summary for drive G: (AnyDVD 5.4.4.1)
Drive (Hardware) Region: free

Media is a Data DVD.
Booktype: dvd-rom (version 1), Layers: 2 (opposite)

Video DVD (or CD) label: XXX_THE_NEXT_LEVEL
Media is CSS protected!
Video Standard: PAL
Media is locked to region(s): 2!

RCE protection not found.
Found & removed wrong DVD structure!
Found & removed structural copy protection (Arccos, Puppetlock)!
Autorun not found on Video DVD.
Found & removed 2 bad sector protections!
Emulating RPC-2 drive with region 2!

...the last titleset is very likely only protection garbage. elby CloneDVD2 won't touch it either.
