I'd really like to purchase AnyDVD, but their site won't accept my credit cards. I've tried 2 Visa cards, both of which work for other purchases, but SlySoft keeps rejecting them with the message: Payment #XXXXXX for Order #XXXXXXXX over 39.00 USD has failed: [204]: Call card center. I tried customer service, but they just told me to contact my credit card company.

Any suggestions?

I'm making progress (I think). It's an American Visa card. When I talked to the card company, they said that the transaction requests recieved from SlySoft contained an incorrect 3-digit security code. I tried to order again, making sure that I got the code right. But this time I got a response that it was cued for manual processing (whatever that means). I sent SlySoft custtomer support my latest status, but no response yet. I still no license codes or Email confirmation and my trial period is over.

Once your purchase is in the 'cue for manual processing...' pile you will have to be patient. Automatic purchases that go through without problem are completed in minutes but manual processing may an probably will take 4-5 business days depending on their orders and amount of personnel. You can check with your credit card company via phone or possibly online to see if a charge from Slysoft has been received/processed.
