where are my keys ? - Club CDFreaks

hi to all here
has anyone had trouble getting unlock keys from slysoft.it,s great software and easy to use but i have a problem.
i paid online for them and despite sending two messages i have had no reply nor any keys. i,m getting a bit worried about this as i can,t really afford to lose $78.
