double check your spam folder

I don't have a spam folder i use my home e-mail when doing stuff like that but i do have it on my other email accounts

you weren't given a link to download on the page where your order was completed?

slysoft is usually very thorough. if it didn't get redirected to a spam folder or something, i'd email them and ask if they can resend it. include your order number in the email.

I figured it might be because it was the weekend , but then i thought about it more and decided to ask on here. I guess i'll try that then thanks for the advise anyways.

I feel it's a question of timing. If you've not recieved anything by monday. Drop them a line. For most it's amost instant, but sometimes it does take a day or two (this is rare). Gremlins & the like.

I went ahead and dropped them an email. This is a really great sight i used to use xcopy then i had a little trouble with it so i got 1clickdvd yesterday and couldn't get it to work right so i checked here. what happened was it would burn really fast but the dvd,s would never play so helpful hint to any one with this trouble if useing 1clickdvd and dvd43 i deleted dvd43 and tried the free trial anydvd and it worked great. can't wait to get the full version. But anyways really great site ya'll got here. Would love to see some walk throughs for some of these programs its kinda frustrating at first not knowing what your needing to do.

you may not have a spam folder in your home email, but try the webmail that your ISP uses, it will have a spam folder and settings, it may be in there. i used to use btopenworld broadband and email but when i was working away from home i used it's webmail.
eg. as btopenworld and yahoo are now joined up, you will see the spam folder in the there if you login to www.yahoo.co.uk mail section.

this is just an example to where spam folders are.

I paid for mine like about 9 pm pacific time and when the order was processed it went to the confermation # page and had a link that said thank you for your order the link to download it was called "key.anydvd" . I do think my time zone and the companies are at least 3 hours different.

I too just purchased anydvd. The key was an attachment to the email. I hope I am not being to foolish in suggesting you look at this.

Welcome to the forum. Sometimes the obvious is overlooked, so it's a valid suggestion.
In this case I think it's just one of those things, as the process is automated. Anything is possible though.

Its empty but thanks for tha advise . I guess i just missed the link on that page I emailed them my order # and told them about the no email so maybe they will get me straighten back out .Thanks guys for trying to help me out .

Ok its been over a week now and slysoft hasn't emailed me back yet and i checked my bankaccount and it hasn't came out yet i'm wondering if it just didn't go through and if i should just reorder it again ?

If you haven't done so recently, check your PMs hopefully that'll help.

If you have not received download links for your keys directly on the checkout page after ordering, your credit card was rejected by the card company. You should have been notfied by email, I don't know why you weren't. If you use an AOL email account, try to use a different email provider (AOL considers SlySoft to be evil and sometimes doesn't deliver our mails. We no longer send update notifications to AOL mail accounts).

Bob: That guide is 3 years old. I think a few things have changed.

I got the email today but i use outlookexp. and its through my net provider. Thanks for letting me know so i can Try again with no worries.
