| What Happened? AnyDVD has been working great since I purchased it in September, but now it doesn't work at all. When I double click on the icon nothing happens. The task manager says that it's running, but nothing happens when I put in a DVD, and the encryption is still there. I am running Windows XP, and the problem just started the other night. I installed Windows Service Pack 2, perhaps that might have done it. How do I fix the problem. I've reinstalled it a few times already... Thanks for any advice. |

| Re: What Happened? Did you uninstall before you reinstalled. Uninstall first ( make sure you have your reg key ) and then reboot and install.
