i purchased any dvd a week ago still no email, 7 days left on free trial, and not sure if the purchase was processed or what.

Obliviously something went wrong with your purchase procedure.

If everything went properly with your purchase SlySoft (http://www.slysoft.com) would have sent you an E-mail within hours if not minutes after your purchase.

Suggest contacting SlySoft (http://www.slysoft.com) and explain your problem.

It would also be worth while contacting your credit card company to see if you have been charged or not. If the purchase goes through with no problem you will get to a screen that allows you to download the key, and most people get the email within minutes that also contain the key. Once you get your key, make sure you make a backup of it!!

Some legitimate email is marked as spam and deleted by your provider,
especially those with attachments.

I have a Yahoo account that does this unless I add the sender to my address book.

thanks i just tried the purchase again and at the end it says it failed for some reason

General the SlySoft Web Site provides a detailed explanation as to why the purchase transaction failed.

Suggest attempting again have a pen/pencil in hand and closely note exactly what narrative is displayed when you receive the ‘failed’ notification. Usually ‘failed’ purchase transactions are Credit Card related problems.
