| Re: still no key! It would also be worth while contacting your credit card company to see if you have been charged or not. If the purchase goes through with no problem you will get to a screen that allows you to download the key, and most people get the email within minutes that also contain the key. Once you get your key, make sure you make a backup of it!! |

| Re: still no key! Some legitimate email is marked as spam and deleted by your provider, especially those with attachments. I have a Yahoo account that does this unless I add the sender to my address book.

| Re: still no key! @ teezer, General the SlySoft Web Site provides a detailed explanation as to why the purchase transaction failed. Suggest attempting again have a pen/pencil in hand and closely note exactly what narrative is displayed when you receive the ‘failed’ notification.
