Are there problems with the slysoft site at the moment?

Having purchased both Clone DVD and AnyDVD on Thursday 22nd
and recieved an email link to my key files, the link is unobtainable and I have had no response to my numerous emails I have sent to slysoft support.

Is this normal?

No, but attached to this email you should have received the keys. You do not need the download links, they are just an alternative. Have a look at your email again, your keys should be there.

I know the site was having problems last night (Fri sept 23) because I couldn't get my update to the new version of AnyDVD. Worked fine this morning though.

And, like Tru said, your keys should have been included in your e-mail.

The keys were attached but when I click on them I get the do you wish to save or open box then when I click save or open I get -

As I say I have emailed slysoft support (Thursday) and again friday and today, but other than recieving an automated ticket numbered reply, I have had nothing else.

The Slysoft web site has been functional on and off since yesterday sometime.
I've been able to get to it sporadically, most times it's inaccessible.

Save the attachments (DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINKS!!!) to your desktop.
There you can double-click them. They should be called Key.AnyDVD or Key. CloneDVD. The demo versions of the programs must be previously installed.

OK Now I feel Stupid !!!

All is now working

( I had to forward the email from Hotmail to a different email server, Hotmail obviously doesn't like these attachments )
