scarface anniversary edition - Club CDFreaks

hope someone can help. trying to back up scarface anniversary edition (r1 us), and no matter what program i try i get the same error messages. clone dvd says the disc is dirty, everything else gives me an error for vts_01_4.vob:read error
any ideas?

Borked disc? I didn't have any problem with this disc.

Is ur DVD scratched up or dirty, try cleaning it and c if the problem is still there get another copy of the dvd.

no, it's a brand new disc. do you think it's maybe the way the disc was made? i've had no problems with any others discs. it plays fine, i thought it could be my burner but like i said i've had no other problems with any other dvds.

There might be something wrong with the dvd but first try using dvd decrypter to rip it to ur hd first then re-open it with ur encoding software. If DVD Decrypter can even rip the disc then there is something wrong with the DVD, so you might want to go back and get a exchange for it.

I've done this one with a few different combinations including Shrink only. Definitely a bad disc!!!

thank you all for your input, i gave up. i did try dvd decrypter and it didn't work.
