Anybody else try AnyDVD with VOBBlanker? I can't remember where I read that someone did.
I have yet to decide whether I want to get this movie or not in the first place (I don't care for these movies but my older kids want it), but if I do I'd like to try it with Blanker and AnyDVD to get a working full copy, but without the trailers, logos, and warnings...Just wondering if anyone else tried this combo with AD and Blanker? Otherwise I'll just rip it with RipIt4Me and then run it thru Blanker, no problems....

Using VobBlanker 2.1.3.0beta2

It errors out - wont open the VIDEO_TS
>> Limit of 99 title-sets reached
I guess it can't count to _00

I did read - also - someone said they did - and it was an older version
- I'm not sure - how they did - though

Is there any reason why Slysoft are having such a problem getting hold of the disc? Maybe there are members here who could suggest an effecient supplier that they can use. I still have another month to wait until the DVd is release here in region 2.

By the time you can get it, they will have it solved.

I was just curious as to why there seemed to be a problem getting hold of the DVD. The sooner Slysoft gets hold of it the sooner an update should be out I would have thought. Is it some kind of limited release? I have ordered DVD's from the U.S. on a number of occasions and never had to wait more than a couple of weeks at most and there have been threads about this disc here and other forums since the start of January.

Re: saw3

I would like to add that Open session reacts like saw3 when trying to back up another tittle using the same protection not a problem if you use ripIt4me with dvd Decrypter and FixVTS use Clonedvd to compress and burn back to disc after the other 3 programs have finished doing their bit.

Re: saw3

I'm glad to hear all the people that have gotten this to work using the betas of AnyDVD. How do I go about getting a copy of the beta? I have the full regular version.

In all fairness Jack, the DVD was releasd in the US only Tuesday, so I'm sure James will get it soon enough, if he hasn't already finally gotten it.

BTW: Good to see you here Jack...

Sooner than you think. Remember they are also working on HD-AnyDVD. As I have said many times before, if you are trying to backup the original movie you bought, just watch that until Slysoft has a fix, you can already do it if you own CloneDVD2, and CloneDVD2 has a 21 day free trial, so try it. What do you have to loose?
