i am not sure if this relates to anydvd or clone dvd but when i try to backup my titles which are on a red disc it shows up an error message.

i have no other burning software on machine

error code e:/video_ts.ifo:2

when i click on clone dvd and select the title from the pull down menu it gives me the error code straight away.

you have very old versions of anydvd & clonedvd, you may have to contact slysoft to exchange your serial numbers to a reg key for the upgrades (i think with those versions you have a serial number) not sure if there will be a charge, anydvd should be free upgrades for life (clonedvd has been up untill now )

newest versions are

Anydvd 6.0.8.0

Clonedvd 2.9.0.1

Clonedvd2 is no longer free updates / upgrades anymore?

not sure how that work with clonedvd as they a reseller (not sure if they have in input in devolopment/upadtes), would that be down to Elby?
