Problems Burning Hostel Unrated Widescreen Version - Club CDFreaks

I just tried burning this movie using the version right before the current Anydvd 6.0.6.1 using Nero recode to compress and burn to disc. When I clicked to import the file in recode...nadda Usually the preview screen pops up and Nero analyses the disc but not for this one. The preview window never came up (just sat with the hourglass spinning) until I finally gave up. I also tried it in dvdcloner at it wouldn't work in that one either. Any thoughts or suggestions on what to do would be appreciated. I'm running an external Sony DRU-810A 2.0d burner via a USB port on my Dell Dim 2400 PC.

Give this a try.

RipIt4Me with DvD Decrypter, rip to the HD first and save as an iso. Then use DvD Shrink or Nero Recode to shrink your movie and save. Then burn it to disk.
Try using Imgburn for the burn.

Try putting the ripped files through FixVTS first. So rip it with AnyDVD, then run it through FixVTS and then try and load it up in DVD Shrink of Nero Recode.
