Problems after AnyDVD Purchase - Club CDFreaks

Hope someone can help me. I tried the trial version of AnyDVD and loved it, so I bought the key. Now I can't get it to work and my computer hangs and sometimes freezes totally with the only way to shut down is to push the button on the tower. I have been using DVDShrink with AnyDVD. The fox in in lower right corner is red until I start a movie with DVDShrink, then the fox turns a lighter shade and my computer stops working.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried everything I know to try, including uninstalling my firewall to see if that was the problem, even though it wasn't with the trial version. The problem still exists with or without the firewall.

Please, please, help me...

I tried the trial version of AnyDVD and loved it. So, I bought the license key. I opened the attachment, rebooted my computer and I have had problems ever since.

I have been using AnyDVD with DVD Shrink and it worked great. Now, I open DVD Shrink put a DVD in my burner and everything locks up. The fox in the lower right corner starts as red, then when I start the DVD with Shrink, the fox turns a lighter shade and the problems begin. I can't close any programs, open any programs, and I can't restart or shut down my computer. I have to shut down by pushing the button on my tower and we all know that isn't good on the system.

I even went as far as uninstalling my firewall to see if that was the problem, but AnyDVD is still not working. And, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AnyDVD and still nothing.

Please, if anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Try rebooting in safe mode and installing it then.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling, this should be in a separate thread.
