From the AnyDVD info that you provided your Prehistoric Park Disc2 UK DVD doesn’t contain ANY type of copy protection scheme or any region coding which I find peculiar. Are you certain that this is an original Commercial DVD Movie Title?

What is the exact complete Error Code and Error Notification Narrative that CloneDVD v2.0.9.1 displays when it stalls at 94%?

Have you closely inspected your Prehistoric Park Disc2 UK DVD and ensure that it is not dirty or scratched? Suggest thoroughly cleaning the Prehistoric Park Disc2 UK DVD and try again.

You first have try to copy without protection removal if problem sufaced then use AnyDVd in this case may be you don't have any protection on the disc you are try to copy.

Re: Problems with 6.0.7.0

Just to confirm Prehistoric Park is original and brand new. Plays perfectly on dvd player. Disc has no scratches is perfectly clean. I find it very strange that AnyDVD reports NO copy protection.

CloneDVD displays no error messages it stalls at begining whilst scanning to give quality reading.

Have also tried using DvdFab Platinum which fails after trying to read disc. It does show skipping bad sectors whilst trying to read. I think the error code was 100.

I hope this helps.

Did CloneDVD2 respond "Uh-Oh !" ( lol ) when Reporting the 'error' ?

Use the VSOInspector to scan the Disc ( it's Free )
http://www.vso-software.fr/products/.../inspector.php

If the Inspector reports "READ Errors"
Then you'll know that you've come across a "BAD" Source Disc .
I would then suggest that you acquire a different copy
... and compare your results .

You're not having any trouble with other Discs , Right ?
Identifying a "BAD Source Disc" - would save a lot of 'Tail-Chasing"
- if this is the case .....

There is an error produced at times in the 'Stamping Process'
The Disc will appear visually perfect and will play perfectly well
.... but when you try to RIP it ..... no go .... ie:"Uh-Oh !"

Re: Problems with 6.0.7.0

CloneDVD dont respomd at all just sticks at 94% whilst scanning to give a quality reading. Did try it without AnyDVD running and it did exactly the same thing.

Have used AnyDVD and CloneDVD together for the last 6 months with no major problems.

Will return disc to store this afternoon and get a replacement and try again.

Have reported this error to slysoft cos it first happned with 6063 and they replied to download 6070.

Re: Problems with 6.0.7.0

Have returned disc to store.
AnyDVD nows scans to give quality reading and cloneDVD tries to read NEW disc but get CRC errors:-

G:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_2VOB:read error
Data error (cyclic redundancy check).
File 1 G:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_2.VOB 23 TCSectorReader

As reported by CloneDVD.

Finally managed to make a backup using DVD Cloner III. Have yet to check all the disc but what i've watched so far is fine.

Beats the sh*t outta me.

Re: Problems with 6.0.7.0

Send the IFO files to slysoft, so they can check it. Or maybe is a mastering problem of the disc

Dizbuster -

As suggested by calcu007 send the .IFO files to SlySoft.

The below Forum posting details how to correctly send the files to SlySoft ->
