Problem with CloneDVD + AnyDVD ... HELP!!!! - Club CDFreaks

a friend of mine tried to rip XMEN2 on DVD...
he used the last version of AnyDVD (2.1.0.9) and the last v. of CloneDVD (1.3.11.2)....
he launched AnyDVD, set options correctly, then he launched CloneDVD ... selected "Clone DVD" but the program every time told him "Clone DVD don't copy protected DVDs etc etc."
The DVD burner is a Sony DRU510A.

With DVD2One + AnyDVD ... the same problem occurs!!!

Does he need to do any other operation?

Clone DVD does not copy copy protected DVD's unless you have a decryptor loaded that disables copy proyection such as ANYDVD or DVDfab etc...
It sounds like your freind either has an invalid or expired anydvd key.

Once you have a decryptor running in the background you can use nero, copydvd2 or easy cd creator etc.. to make your copies.

If you didn't notice you have a old version of both program....maybe you should download the latest version from Slysoft and update those programs and try again...

What version are you getting at that??? Even the slysoft site doesn't have that version for Anydvd????
