Problem With Bachelor Party

Hi there and thank you for looking at my post.

I am trying to burn the movie Bachelor Party. I have it in my DVD player and have gotten the following error message when I click on the video_ts folder. I click next to go to the preview screen and I see in the window:

directory not found: E:/Video_TS
[OSUTill0 [WString]]

Then Clone DVD tells me directory not found when I try and hit the go button to burn the movie to see if I can override the error message.

I put the DVD in my DVD player and the movie is there but Clone DVD cannot find the directory for some reason. It is in my correct E: DVD drive so I know I am not clicking on the wrong DVD drive on my computer.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am using AnyDVD 5.6.3.1 and CloneDVD2 2.8.5.1

Re: Problem With Bachelor Party

my advice to work around this would be to try copying and pasting the video_TS directory from the disc to your hard drive then use the "write existing data" function in clonedvd to process it.

sometimes clonedvd has this problem, and I'm not really sure why, but getting the files onto the hard drive and then processing them always works for me whether it's through copying and pasting or using another ripping program like dvd decrypter.

Bad advice. Use the copy and paste function, yes. Do not write existing data, use the normal copy function, otherwise CloneDVD cannot edit/transcode. Or disable Norton Anti Virus, this should fix this problem in the first place...

Re: Problem With Bachelor Party

Thanks, the copying and pasting onto HD worked.

I dont have Norton on my system so I didnt think that was the problem. This is the first time I have encountered any problems using Clone DVD and AnyDVD.

Appreciate the quick and accurate response from the board members.
