Problem with AnyDVD and my drives

I have anydvd but recently (after working great for me all the time) it seems as ifit doesn't recognize my drives (DVDdrives) anymore (before it did.
Clone dvd can't be used as before cause anydvd isn't doing what it should do.

On the statuspart of ANYDVD it says: ANYDVD is turned off for player DI translated it so it could be with the use of other words, sorry for that)
How can i get it back to work as it did before?

I really hope someone can help me with this... it is driving me mad.

Thanks FanMan

Yes I did this all. When I start my computer Anydvd tells me it couldn't find a dvddrive and mentioned four possiblilities (like not having a drive, not connected the drive etc.) but all of those options I did (also the deinstalation of Anydvd, reinstalating it, for several times...).
My dvddrives are recognized in "my computer" and I can use them also without a problem.
Hope this will will give you enough information... Thanks for your reply.

Check with Slysoft as to why your registration isn't working to recognize your drives....also what where you doing when that happened to not recognize your drive? Also could you find out what version of Anydvd you have would help? Also have you change any hardware or software configuration prior to Anydvd not working??

Well, as i remember I had a new viruschecker installed and runned it . It found 80+ things which where put in Querentine. maybe that could be the case? It was a trial so i deleted it. But shouldn't this be over when I reeinstalled AnyDVD? But after that I think it didn't worked well for me...
Could somethiung from Anydvd been seen as a danger for my computer sor something?

So what was the virus check program that you installed? Also is it to hard to ask what version of Anydvd your using??? Nothing from as far as I used Anydvd has caused me any problem with my system or running Anydvd with any other slysoft products?? So what O/S are you using and how updated is your O/S??? So when you installed Anydvd does the Anydvd taskbar indicator shows your drives as running or disabled???
