Opening the Key - Club CDFreaks

I cannot open the attachment to my Key. I have restarted my computer, but the attachment keeps telling me to restart. Can anyone help me get to my Key? Thanks.

You have to save it to your pc somewhere(like to desktop) double click it or right click then open.

I assume you just purchased the program but did you download it?

are you using outlook express?, it could have blocked any attachments
