as a long time anydvd/ clonedvd2 user and a person who tells all his friends and family to buy and use it, I hate to say this , but I gave up trying to get Open Season backed up using it. Like I said , I have used these programs with perfect success until now.
I finally ended up trying dvdfab and it copied Open Season perfect first time. I hope sly isn't so wrapped up in their HD program that they are slipping. I'm still a huge fan of slysoft , just couldn't get it done with their program this time

I've read where it worked for others also , I don't know why I couldn't get it to .I used the same disc/computer with the fab program so I know that wasn't my problem. hopefully it is just a fluke, I like th way slysoft has their menu /program set-up a lot better thats for sure

It's possible when you made the attempt to backup the movie that you were not using the latest Slysoft updates. If you were receiving CRC errors and had to use another program to back the movie up, chances are your backup is imperfect (the software skipped the bad area).

AnyDvd didnt work for me on Open Season either when I used DVDShrink to rip the files..

Theres been a few titles that dont work, last movie being ZOOM which would not rip with DVDShrink.. I read that AnyDVD will work with CloneDVD when trying to backup the movies but I personally havent tried to..

I just use RipItForMe when I run into these situations..

my backup with fab works and looks just like my original copy. I wasn't getting a CRC error , of course now I can't remember what it was. When it started to write to the blank, it would only get a couple percent and said something about not finding a file.
I ain't about to give up on slysoft and don't want to sound like I am disgruntled with them,because I'm not,just guessing it was a fluke
