Only Copying Part of Film

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum but a keen home enthusiast. However I've come across a problem and I hope u can help.

I'm using ' 1 Click DVD ' to rip with AnyDVD version 4.5.8.1 When I try to burn my selected movie, the compression is appearing at 15% and when it goes to the burn phase this takes approx 2 min. I'm only getting the first 2 chapters of the movie, which is 'quite new.'

This has never happened before........

Why ? Were am I going wrong ? Please help.....
